Bye Bye Back Pain begins with a Total Body Diagnostic to identify the root cause of your pain, followed by tailored lifestyle guidance and lifetime access to the FMT 360 Method to restore mobility, strengthen your core, and support long-term spine health.

Group Training Program is a 13-week plan combining personalized exercises, direct coaching from Dr. Nick, and supportive group calls to help you overcome back pain with guidance and accountability every step of the way.
